原子认领缺陷

仅 open 缺陷能被一个调用方原子认领。

Pinhere 项目、Origin、缺陷、私有截图、Webhook、PAT 与 Chrome 扩展 OAuth API；覆盖固定 PontxSpec 中全部 34 个 Endpoint。Hub 提供文档和本地 SDK/CLI，不代理任何请求。
